• Prepare and publish Request for Proposal (Bid Specifications).

• Coordination of software and hardware installation allowing for a minimal disruptive transition.
• Coordination and Supervision of system administrator(s), attendant(s), and user training.
• Coordinate and/or Conduct system tests.
