• Analysis of your company's unique needs and specifications for voice/data/video/image communications systems
• Evaluate and/or design cable, fiber, and wireless infrastructure
• Evaluate and recommend new or existing technologies that fit your specific needs
• Provide a complete consulting/project management team
• New system technical configuration, feature selection, and hardware/software requirements
• Prepare a list of qualified vendors for client approval
• Prepare and publish a Request for Proposal (RFP)
• Become the major point of contact with vendors during proposal process thereby reducing client's workload
• Conduct bidder's conference/walk-thru
• Evaluate and provide a written report on economic and operational benefits of all proposals
• Assist in vendor negotiations and provide implementation oversight
